QA

Avg quality maple burl. Grinder/ polish marks on blades. Lack of QA by a big and historic USA brand is a pity. Blades line up centre. Needs to be worked in for smooth opening. Good service from knifeguy. Decent value for money but the Chinese quality is now a strong competitor.
