Good EDC Utility blade knife

Overall a good quality folder that takes any utility blade. Fairly good value for money (a Stanley Fatmax dual blade is around the same price, but it doesn't fold). I'd definitely buy it again if I needed to.

Excellent service from Martin and fast delivery.

Pros:

- Very compact
- Nice brushed metal finish
- Just over half the utility blade (55-60%) is exposed for use, unlike most utility knives
- For one handed closing, the liner lock has 2 stages so that you don't inadvertently cut yourself (you still need to be careful - this can be quite a dangerous "fidget spinner" if you aren't careful). This allows you to get your fingers out the way when you release the second position of the liner lock and close the knife fully
- Solid clip that can be used as a money clip or pocket clip
- Well built, solid construction - knife blade doesn't wiggle at all and the knife feels solid in the open position
- Two places to rest your thumb in the open position. (Some jimping would've been great for better grip though)

Cons:

- Quite finicky for OHO as there is no thumb stud and the blade retaining screw does not protrude quite enough for it to be used for this
- Not tool free blade exchange
- If you put it in your right pocket and use the clip as a pocket clip, there are slightly sharp angled edges at the "corners" of the knife, which makes getting your hand into your pocket to retrieve something else a little uncomfortable. It hasn't cut me, but I can't understand why they didn't do a nicely rounded finish like the other side. I'm tempted to use the Dremel to smooth it off, but hesitant to mess up the finish (and the warranty)
- no lanyard hole which would've been very useful
- proprietary screws that hold it together
